Electrical Services Coordinator

Our client is expanding and is in need of a full-time Electrical Services Coordinator to join their team. This position is perfect for an individual with a background in electrical services and project coordination, seeking a stable position in the construction management industry. The Electrical Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing multiple electrical construction projects, from the initial bid to the final completion. This involves managing project administration, purchasing, scheduling, safety, contract management, estimating, and business development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Spearhead the management of multiple electrical projects, guaranteeing that they are finished on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Supervise all stages of the projects, from bidding to final completion.
- Coordinate purchases, contract administration, and resource management for each project.
- Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Business Development & Cost Estimation:
- Contribute to business development efforts aimed at expanding the company's client base and securing new projects.
- Provide accurate project estimates and cost analysis to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all projects adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols across all project sites.
- Leadership and Mentoring the Team:
- Guide and supervise team members, promoting the company's goals and values.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an electrical services company, with at least 3-5 years in project coordination.
- Prior experience in the field is essential, with a focus on electrical construction.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
- Education and Certifications:
- Must have a Journeyman Electrician License (MA/NH).
- A Master Electrician License is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Office) and project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in project budgeting.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts concurrently.
