The Project Coordinator will provide support to the Project Management Department through the following responsibilities:
- Job Duties:
- Coordinate and lead project teams.
- Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Maintain high standards of Quality Assurance.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
- Oversee international projects in collaboration with headquarters.
- Plan and execute projects from start to finish.
- Establish and communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Determine project tasks and resource needs.
- Manage project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team.
- Present project status and progress reports to Executive Management.
- Interact with customers to foster and strengthen business relationships.
- Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly.
- Identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the project team.
- Proactively manage changes and potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Qualifications:
Requirements for the Project Coordinator position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading automotive or similar projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
- Ability to respond promptly and efficiently to changes.
