The Project Coordinator will provide support to the Project Management Department through the following responsibilities:

  • Job Duties:
  • Coordinate and lead project teams.
  • Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Maintain high standards of Quality Assurance.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee international projects in collaboration with headquarters.
  • Plan and execute projects from start to finish.
  • Establish and communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Determine project tasks and resource needs.
  • Manage project timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Provide guidance and support to the project team.
  • Present project status and progress reports to Executive Management.
  • Interact with customers to foster and strengthen business relationships.
  • Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the project team.
  • Proactively manage changes and potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications:

Requirements for the Project Coordinator position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience leading automotive or similar projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
  • Ability to respond promptly and efficiently to changes.
