Insurance Sales Agent
Important Note: The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 in the first year.

Job Description
- Generate and finalize new commercial insurance business within targeted markets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to pursue opportunities specific to certain industries
- Offer expert advice on Property & Casualty coverage and strategies for risk mitigation
- Oversee the complete sales process, including prospecting, presentations, quotes, and closing deals
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client partnerships across various sectors
- Achieve or surpass activity and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial lines insurance sales experience
- Thorough understanding of P&C coverage options and risk management principles
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of motivation and discipline to develop a personal client base
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable
- Familiarity with regional markets (MS Gulf Coast, Mobile/Baldwin Counties) is a bonus
