Real Estate Manager
Our company is looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team at a beautiful apartment community in Raytown, MO. The community has 171 units.

The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the apartment community and will work to enhance its value. This individual will organize the property's financial information and use it to make projections and identify areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include marketing and outreach, supervision of property staff, and providing services to residents. The Real Estate Manager reports directly to the regional manager. This role is ideal for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards that make their property stand out.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing and enforcing community policies.
- Maintaining and reviewing property financial goals and reports.
- Achieving occupancy goals for the property.
- Building and developing the leasing and maintenance staff.
- Planning office schedules and assigning tasks.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the property and its physical assets.
- Conducting tours and answering questions for prospective residents.
- Resolving resident concerns and maintaining overall resident satisfaction.
- Creating and maintaining property and team leasing and marketing plans.
- Engaging in marketing outreach within the nearby community.
- Leading the maintenance team and collaborating with the maintenance supervisor.
- Overseeing large-scale capital projects.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the multi-family housing or hospitality industry required
- Effective communication skills with staff and supervisors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Entrata or similar programs is a plus
- Highly motivated
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Customer service, team-oriented, budgeting experience, problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling conflicts and excelling in a fast-paced environment
- High energy and positive attitude
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Ability to pass background screening and drug test
- Valid driver's license with valid auto insurance
