Real Estate Administrator:

The Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of a multifamily or commercial property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain budgets
  • Handle rent collection and deposits
  • Process accounts payable
  • Maintain accurate asset records
  • Manage payroll
  • Keep comprehensive property records
  • Create and adjust marketing plans
  • Supervise marketing efforts
  • Conduct market surveys and recommend improvements
  • Achieve and maintain occupancy goals
  • Implement resident retention programs
  • Lease available units
  • Evaluate and train staff
  • Resolve resident disputes
  • Ensure data security
  • Conduct property inspections
  • Other duties as needed to achieve company objectives

Reports to:

The Real Estate Administrator will report to the Regional Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Property Management, or a designated member of the corporate team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from NAA
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist
  • Experience with 50059 HUD Sites
  • Valid leasing license if required
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 24/7 availability for emergencies and willingness to work weekends if necessary
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55000-60000
