Bilingual Property Supervisor
A reputable company is in search of an experienced Property Manager to join the team at Amberton Luxury Townhomes! This apartment complex consists of 306 units and is situated in Naples, FL.

The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of the apartment community and work to enhance the property's value. Responsibilities include managing the property's financial information, making projections based on this data, and identifying areas for improvement. Key duties involve marketing, staff supervision, and resident services. The Property Manager reports directly to the regional manager. This role is ideal for a team player motivated by setting and maintaining high standards to make their property stand out.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieving property financial goals
- Managing costs and meeting budget targets
- Ensuring timely submission of invoices
- Compiling reports on property condition and financial health
- Maintaining occupancy targets
- Developing leasing and maintenance staff
- Creating office schedules and assigning tasks
- Maintaining property appearance
- Conducting tours and addressing inquiries from potential residents
- Addressing resident concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Implementing and enforcing community policies
- Using marketing strategies to attract potential residents
- Engaging in marketing outreach within the community
- Collaborating with maintenance supervisor on projects and maintenance needs
- Maintaining a safe and positive living environment
- Weekend work on rotating schedule may be required, with schedule adjustments during the week
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family housing, ideally managing 250+ unit communities
- Effective communication skills with staff and supervisors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Entrata or similar programs is a plus
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning
- Experience with variance reporting and budgeting required
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Passing background screening and drug test
- Valid Driver's License with auto insurance
- Weekend work on rotating schedule may be required, with schedule adjustments during the week
