Bilingual Property Manager
Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Property Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join their team! This stunning apartment community consists of 380 units and is located in Mcgregor, Florida.

As a Property Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, enhancing the property's value, managing financial information, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for marketing and outreach, supervising staff, and providing excellent service to our residents. Reporting to the regional manager, this position is perfect for a team player who is motivated to set and maintain high standards for their property.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing and enforcing community policies.
- Maintaining and reviewing property financial goals and reports.
- Achieving occupancy goals for the property.
- Building and developing the leasing and maintenance staff.
- Planning office schedules and assigning tasks.
- Managing property operations and the physical asset.
- Conducting tours and addressing inquiries from prospective residents.
- Resolving resident concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Creating and executing property and team leasing and marketing plans.
- Engaging in marketing outreach within the local community.
- Leading the maintenance team and collaborating with the maintenance supervisor.
- Overseeing large-scale capital projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family housing, overseeing at least 250+ units
- Experience in budgeting, capital projects, and team building
- Excellent communication skills with staff and supervisor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with Entrata or similar programs is a plus
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and high energy
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Pass background screening and drug test
- Valid driver's license with auto insurance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory
