Estate Administrator:
The Estate Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of a multifamily or commercial property.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain budgets
- Collect and deposit rents and other revenues
- Handle accounts payable
- Maintain accurate records
- Execute marketing plans and conduct market surveys
- Achieve occupancy and renewal targets
- Lease apartments and process resident applications
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members
- Resolve resident disputes
- Secure confidential data
- Inspect the property and protect its assets
- Perform other duties to achieve organizational goals
Reports to: This position reports to the Regional Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Property Management, or designated corporate team member.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Preferred: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from NAA
- Certified Occupancy Specialist
- Experience with 50059 HUD Sites
- State-required leasing license (if applicable)
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic computer skills
- Yardi Voyager Experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for emergencies and weekend work if needed
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
