Quality Control Manager

Location: Knoxville, TN

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. Operating under the guidance of the Plant Quality Manager, this position will provide leadership and support for various processes and projects, including food safety, regulatory compliance, SQF (Safe Quality Food), new product development, and raw material trials.

The Quality Control Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Area Manager group and the Quality Lab Technicians. Success will be achieved through analyzing quality data, conducting validation and verification activities, performing internal quality process audits, and being physically present during quality projects.

Aside from technical expertise in food science and quality-related issues, this role will also involve daily reporting, guidance, and education on these matters. Active participation in the Area Manager business group and providing input to other business functions will be expected. Collaboration and teamwork skills are essential for this position.
