Position Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Stuttgart, AR

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the quality engineer for the test lab, including:
    • Entering and managing run test recipes and parameters in the test system for all products, including new product launches
    • Collaborating with the extended team to implement actionable reason codes for run test failures
    • Analyzing run test data to drive improvements in product quality, process, and throughput
  2. Supervising and leading the Run Test Support team, consisting of 7 individuals across all production shifts, under the direction of the Director of Quality

The successful candidate will possess experience in a heavy industrialized organization, with additional large plant experience preferred.
