QA Manager
Location: Wilburton, OK
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality control objectives.
- Collaborate with other plant managers to align quality objectives with production procedures for optimal product reliability and cost efficiency.
- Direct and oversee inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
- Plan, organize, and promote training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage internal and external audits according to ISO standards and prepare formal reports.
- Identify product deficiencies and propose corrections, tracking corrective actions until discrepancies are resolved.
- Review product analysis from various departments to identify quality problems.
- Follow incoming inspection requirements as necessary.
- Coordinate with manufacturing department personnel and suppliers to address quality system non-conformance issues and achieve satisfactory resolution.
- Evaluate and supervise customer complaints, working with relevant department personnel to resolve them.
- Conduct FMEA and PFMEA to support new designs and continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise non-supervisory employees.
- Interview, train, assign work, appraise performance, discipline employees, and address complaints.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on employee issues.

- Possesses knowledge in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their practical applications.
- Understands and predicts physical principles and laws, including their interrelationships and applications in fluid dynamics, material dynamics, atmospheric dynamics, mechanical structures, and electrical processes.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related technical field (required).
- Seven or more years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, performance testing, or a related field (preferred).
- Master’s degree in a relevant field may substitute for experience.
- Three years of supervisory experience (required).
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate: Database, programming languages, spreadsheet.
- Basic: Word processing/typing, presentation/PowerPoint.
