What we are looking for:
  • Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
  • Licensed in the State of Ohio in Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
  • At least 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy. Experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, and Aria is strongly preferred.
Hours and compensation:
  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, day shift from 8am to 4:30pm.
  • No weekends, no call, and no holidays.
  • Compensation range is between $74K to $99K, based on experience.
  • Full benefits package offered.
What you will be doing:
  • Accurately administering photon and electron radiation.
  • Assisting in brachytherapy procedures under the guidance of the radiation oncologist and department policies.
  • Performing simulations, constructing shielding blocks, and participating in quality assurance activities.
  • Administering radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist.
  • Using proper documentation to verify patient's treatment and ensure orders are followed.
  • Assessing patient needs and providing education and information to patients and families.
  • Operating all imaging, therapeutic, and related medical equipment competently and safely.
  • Prioritizing work to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Showing willingness to cross-train in other areas to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Reporting to the well-respected Radiation Oncology Manager.
  • Working alongside a team that includes clinical managers, radiology oncologists, RNs, physicists, and CMDs.
