Requirements:
•Graduation from an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
•Licensed in the State of Ohio for Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
•Minimum of 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience required. Familiarity with TrueBeam, Trilogy and Aria is highly desired.
Hours and Compensation:
•Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift from 8am to 4:30pm. No weekends, no on-call duty, and no holidays.
•Salary ranging from $74,000 to $99,000 based on experience.
•Comprehensive benefits package included.
Responsibilities:
•Administer photon and electron radiation accurately and assist in brachytherapy procedures as directed by the radiation oncologist and in line with department policies.
•Perform simulations, create shielding blocks, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
•Deliver radiation therapy treatments precisely as prescribed by the radiation oncologist.
•Participate in patient assessments and education sessions for patients and their families.
•Operate imaging and therapeutic equipment proficiently and safely.
•Collaborate with the team for effective prioritization and completion of tasks.
•Demonstrate a willingness to cross-train in other areas for operational efficiency.

•Reporting to the respected Radiation Oncology Manager, this position is part of a team that includes 1 clinical manager, 1.6 Radiology Oncologists, 1.6 FT RN's, 2 FT Physicists, 2 FT CMD's, and 5 Staff RTT's.
