Requirements:
• Graduation from an AMA-accredited program in Radiation Therapy
• Registered as an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (RTT)
• Licensed as a Radiation Therapist in the State of Ohio (LRTT)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy
• Experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, and Aria is highly preferred
Working Hours and Compensation:
• This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm
• No weekends, no call, and no holidays
• Salary range between $74K and $99K, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
• Accurately administer photon and electron radiation and assist in brachytherapy procedures under the supervision of a radiation oncologist and in line with department policies
• Perform simulations, construct shielding blocks, document duties performed accurately, and participate in quality assurance activities
• Administer radiation therapy treatments precisely according to prescription and instructions from the radiation oncologist
• Conduct simulations to prepare for radiation therapy treatments
• Use proper documentation to verify patient treatments and ensure compliance with orders
• Contribute to the assessment of patient needs
• Effectively and safely operate all imaging, therapeutic, and related medical equipment
• Prioritize tasks to complete assigned work in a timely manner
• Provide education and information to patients and their families
• Demonstrate a willingness and interest to cross-train in other areas for enhanced operational effectiveness and efficiency

• This position reports to the highly respected Radiation Oncology Manager in the organization
• The department consists of 1 clinical manager, 1.6 Radiology Oncologists, 1.6 full-time RNs, 2 full-time Physicists, 2 full-time CMDs, and 5 Staff RTTs
