• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Eligibility for CT certification. While MRI certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Mammo certification is also preferred but not required.
Hours and Compensation:
• This position is for day shift, consisting of 36 hours (three 12-hour shifts per week). You will be scheduled to work 1 out of every 4 weekends (from 6am Saturday to 6am Monday).
• Compensation ranges between $22.25/hr and $38.00/hr depending on your experience and credentials. You will be on-call for one day a week and the assigned weekend. The pay is $2/hr, and if you are called in, you will receive time and a half.
• We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $4,000 for relocation expenses.
• In this role, you will prepare and position patients for diagnostic x-ray and CT exams, administer and monitor IV contrast administration, and safely operate all x-ray equipment to produce high-quality examinations. You will ensure that the study is complete for interpretation by the Radiologist.
• Must have the ability to multitask and maintain proficiency across multiple modalities, as well as handle departmental patient screening and scheduling.
• Adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines is essential for performing all duties and responsibilities.
