Property Law Assistant
Note: This role requires presence in the Virginia Beach, VA office five days a week.

Job Description
- Oversee various real estate transactions such as refinances, buyer-only and seller-only deals, and complete closings
- Manage builder-related matters from project initiation to final contracts and draw requests
- Coordinate all aspects of the residential closing process
- Prepare and maintain closing documents, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Effectively communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and internal colleagues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
- Experience with closings and builder transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (copier, scanner, phone)
