Job Description

• Manage intricate real estate transactions involving commercial, mixed-use, and higher-value properties
• Provide counsel to clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing
• Negotiate and create purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related legal documents
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, high-performance setting
• Nurture and expand client connections with an entrepreneurial approach
• Meet performance expectations aligned with a partner-level role

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in real estate transactional law
• Extensive knowledge in California real estate law and commercial real estate issues
• Active California law license
• Strong skills in client management, drafting, and negotiation
• Having a portable book of business is preferable but not mandatory
