Partner Real Estate Attorney
Important Note: This role requires in-person presence at our client's office in Los Angeles five days a week.

Position Overview
- Manage intricate real estate transactions involving commercial, mixed-use, and high-value properties
- Provide counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing to clients
- Participate in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related contracts
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff in a harmonious, high-achieving setting
- Develop and expand client relationships with an innovative approach
- Fulfill expectations aligned with partner-level duties and contributions
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law
- Extensive familiarity with California real estate law and commercial real estate issues
- Active California law license
- Proficiency in client management, drafting, and negotiation
- A portable book of business is advantageous but not mandatory
