Partner Real Estate Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Important Note: This role requires in-person presence at our client's office in Los Angeles five days a week.

Position Overview

  • Manage intricate real estate transactions involving commercial, mixed-use, and high-value properties
  • Provide counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing to clients
  • Participate in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related contracts
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff in a harmonious, high-achieving setting
  • Develop and expand client relationships with an innovative approach
  • Fulfill expectations aligned with partner-level duties and contributions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law
  • Extensive familiarity with California real estate law and commercial real estate issues
  • Active California law license
  • Proficiency in client management, drafting, and negotiation
  • A portable book of business is advantageous but not mandatory
