Summary of Responsibilities:
Minimum requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of commercial HVAC/R systems
- Ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- High level of professionalism with both clients and team members
- Reliability and punctuality in meeting deadlines and completing tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in refrigeration equipment technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on small and large refrigeration units as well as ice machines
- Maintain and repair equipment
- Provide support for hot side equipment by cross-training
- Ensure smooth operation through regular maintenance and promptly handle emergency repairs
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment correctly on the first attempt
- Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations
- Ensure proper completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work
