Regional Sales Director

Location: Philadelphia, PA
- The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in selling to HVAC/R Wholesale Distributors, either as an independent Manufacturers Rep or preferably with another manufacturer. - Candidates must have pre-existing relationships with key decision makers in Wholesale/Distributor organizations within the assigned territory. - Having knowledge of HVAC equipment (specifically mini splits) and parts is preferable. - Extensive travel is required, with approximately 75% to 80% of the time spent on the road. - Ideally, the candidate should be located in a Mid-Western state. - The proposed territory includes Western PA, OH, MI, IN, KY, W. VA, IL, MO, MN, WI (territory may be adjusted depending on the candidate's location).
Duties include:
1. Representing all of the client's products within the specified territory, aiming to increase market share and acquire new wholesale distributor customers.
2. Visiting all HVAC/R Distributors in the assigned territory.
3. Managing any Independent Manufacturers Reps operating within the territory.
