Your Duties Will Include:

• Assess and record each patient’s condition in physical, psychological, social, and cultural aspects
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and teams to plan and provide personalized care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Supervise and assign tasks to LPNs, patient care assistants, and support personnel
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Participate in team meetings, shift handovers, and initiatives for continuous improvement

Possible Assignments Include:

• Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
• Emergency Department

Basic Requirements:

• Mexican nursing degree (Licenciatura en Enfermería or Técnico en Enfermería)
• Valid RN license in Mexico plus willingness to obtain U.S. licensing (NCLEX-RN and support for Alabama licensure available)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – IELTS qualification
• Current BLS certification (or commitment to acquire within 6 months of hiring)
• Willingness to move to Alabama, USA and work full-time in a hospital setting
