Your Duties Will Include:
- Assess and record each patient’s condition in physical, psychological, social, and cultural aspects
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and teams to plan and provide personalized care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Supervise and assign tasks to LPNs, patient care assistants, and support personnel
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Participate in team meetings, shift handovers, and initiatives for continuous improvement
Possible Assignments Include:
- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
- Emergency Department
Basic Requirements:
- Mexican nursing degree (Licenciatura en Enfermería or Técnico en Enfermería)
- Valid RN license in Mexico plus willingness to obtain U.S. licensing (NCLEX-RN and support for Alabama licensure available)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – IELTS qualification
- Current BLS certification (or commitment to acquire within 6 months of hiring)
- Willingness to move to Alabama, USA and work full-time in a hospital setting
