Your Primary Responsibilities:

·Provide Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care: Assume responsibility for a group of patients, evaluating their health needs, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring they receive the necessary support for their well-being.

·Lead and Inspire: Foster collaboration within the team by coordinating a team-based approach to each care plan, providing direction, and taking ownership of the outcomes for your patients.

·Advocate for Patients: Serve as a trusted guide for patients and their families, assisting them in understanding their care plans, listening to their concerns, and supporting them throughout their healthcare journey.

Additional Responsibilities:

·Maintain Documentation & Ensure Compliance: Accurately document patient interactions and uphold all regulatory standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant care.

·Mentor and Develop Your Team: Share your knowledge, support the growth of new team members, and cultivate a collaborative work environment that brings out the best in everyone.

·Respond in Critical Situations: Be prepared to act swiftly in emergencies, relying on your training to deliver effective care and support when it matters most.

Minimum Qualifications:

·Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

·Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri OR willing to obtain one before employment.

·Experience: At least one year of nursing experience. New graduates will also be considered.
