What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Provide safe, high-quality care tailored to individual patient needs
  • Perform thorough assessments and collaborate on care plans
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and outcomes
  • Educate patients and families in both English and Spanish as required
  • Supervise LPNs, PCAs, and other support staff
  • Participate in shift transitions, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives

Possible Assignments Include:

  • Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
  • Emergency Department
  • Cardiac Care / Telemetry
  • Women's and Children’s Services (NICU, L&D, Pediatrics)
  • Perioperative / PACU

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school in Puerto Rico
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (Puerto Rican citizenship is acceptable)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • NCLEX not mandatory for application — job offer contingent on passing
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to acquire
