Your Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care: Take charge of a group of patients, assessing their health needs, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain Documentation & Ensure Compliance: Accurately document patient interactions and uphold all regulatory standards to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

- Respond in Critical Situations: Be prepared to act swiftly in emergencies, drawing on your training to provide effective care and support when it’s needed most.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri. OR willing to obtain one before employment
- Experience: At least one year of nursing experience preferably in long term care, home care, hospice, skilled nursing facility, medsurg
