Your Main Duties:

· Provide Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care: Take responsibility for a group of patients, assessing their healthcare needs, creating personalized care plans, and ensuring they receive the necessary support to thrive.

· Lead and Motivate: Coordinate a team-oriented approach to each care plan, guide others, and take responsibility for the outcomes of your patients.

· Advocate for Patients: Serve as a trusted guide for patients and their families, ensuring they understand care plans, listening to their concerns, and supporting them throughout their healthcare journey.

· Drive Change: Stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices, embrace continuous improvement, and contribute to our culture of growth and innovation.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Maintain Accurate Documentation and Ensure Compliance: Document patient interactions precisely and uphold all regulatory standards to ensure top-notch, compliant care.

· Mentor and Develop Your Team: Share your knowledge, support the growth of new team members, and foster a collaborative work environment that brings out the best in everyone.

· Respond in Critical Situations: Be prepared to act swiftly during emergencies, relying on your training to provide effective care and support when it is most needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school.

· Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Missouri, or willing to obtain one before starting employment.

· Experience: At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, home care, hospice, skilled nursing facility, or med-surg.

REQUIRED FOR ALL Canada and Mexico trained Nurses:

NCLEX passed

TOEFL unless native English speaker

Valid visa Screen Certificate

Benefit Package Includes:
