What we are seeking:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Must hold a Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, accreditation, or quality management, including leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience with accreditation processes.
- Experience supporting or managing platforms related to healthcare identity or similar management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Hours and compensation:
- This position is full time.
- The salary range starts at 82K and is negotiable based on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- As the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will report to the Director of Corporate Integrity and hold overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards across our healthcare system.
- In this leadership role, you will maintain continuous readiness for surveys, ensure system-wide compliance with accrediting bodies such as the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and provide strategic support for enhancing healthcare identity management and data security through the Imprivata platform.
- You will direct and oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for both inpatient and outpatient services.
- Manage and supervise all accreditation activities, including CARF, ACHC, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Standards and Conditions of Participation, and the Ohio Department of Health, to maintain ongoing readiness and successful survey outcomes.
- Lead initiatives related to survey preparedness, including conducting gap analyses, developing action plans, and implementing post-survey corrective actions.
- Supervise the Accreditation Planning Team, ensuring regular updates and education for leadership and staff regarding regulatory changes.
- Maintain strong relationships with accrediting and regulatory agencies, legal services, senior leadership, and medical staff.
- Prepare and submit accreditation applications and documentation for all hospital-based locations.
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of the Imprivata platform, collaborating with IT and clinical leaders to ensure secure and efficient access to healthcare data and compliance with identity management standards.
- Leverage Imprivata to streamline clinician workflows, enhance data security, simplify password management, and support HIPAA compliance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to compliance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.
- Deliver regulatory compliance presentations and training sessions across the organization.
- Conduct and review audits, assessments, and regulatory research, and communicate findings to the Director and executive leadership.
- Participate in and lead relevant committees to disseminate regulatory guidelines and best practices.
