Job Title: Resort Manager

Location: Waterloo, IA

Salary: $45-55K + bonus

Job Summary of the Resort Manager:

The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the resort's vision and mission are achieved. They will manage the staff and uphold the highest levels of customer care and service standards.

Qualifications of the Resort Manager:

• Implementation and enforcement of company policies, processes, and procedures
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Hiring, firing, and reviewing staff, as well as onboarding and training new employees
• Ensuring facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
• Collaborating with the marketing team to attract and promote new customers
• Implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
• Fostering a positive and supportive work environment while adhering to the company's core values
• Acting as a mentor and leader for the staff
• Building and nurturing relationships with staff and customers
