What we seek:
• Completion of a two (2) year respiratory care practitioner education program accredited by the American Medical Association (or equivalent criteria adhering to state regulatory requirements).
• Possession of CRT, RRT eligibility, or RRT credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), as well as the State of Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification/License.
• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Hours and compensation:
• Full-time position with working hours from 7pm to 7:30am.
• Competitive hourly rates ranging from $39.65/hr to $53/hr for RRT, and $37.50/hr to $46.50/hr for CRT, based on experience. Attractive shift differentials are offered for evenings ($3/hr), nights ($4/hr), and weekends ($2.25/hr).
• We provide a sign-on bonus ($15,000), comprehensive benefits package, and relocation assistance of up to $5,000.
Your responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized respiratory assessments and care in accordance with your training, experience, and competency level for patients with respiratory disorders.
• Collaborate with the patient's attending physician and follow hospital protocols to recommend treatment plans and implement appropriate care.
