TITLE: Respiratory Therapist / Certified Respiratory Therapist Technician (CRTT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Qualifications they're seeking:
• Completion of a two-year AMA accredited program for Respiratory Care Practitioner (or equivalent criteria as per state regulations).
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), or eligibility for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), and possession of Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification/License issued by the State of Washington.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience.
Working hours and compensation:
• Full-time positions available. One on day shift (6:30am-7pm) and another on night shift (7pm-6:30am).
• Hourly pay ranging from $38/hr to $51.75/hr, based on experience. Generous shift differentials for evenings ($3/hr), nights ($4/hr), and weekends ($2.25/hr).
• Sign-on bonus of $15K and a comprehensive benefits package, including up to $5K relocation assistance.
• Perform specialized respiratory assessments and provide care appropriate to patients with respiratory disorders, in line with training, experience, and proficiency.
• Collaborate with the patient's attending physician and adhere to hospital protocol to recommend treatment plans and implement care.
