What we're seeking:
• Completion of a two (2) year Respiratory Care Practitioner program from an AMA accredited institution (or equivalent criteria based on state regulatory requirements).
• Certification or eligibility for Certification (CRT or RRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), along with State of Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification/License.
• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Hours and compensation:
• This position entails night shifts from 7pm-7:30am, including rotating weekends.
• Hourly wage for RRT ranges from $39.65 to $53, while CRT earns between $37.50 and $46.50, based on experience. Shift differentials for evenings ($3/hr), nights ($4/hr), and weekends ($2.25/hr) are also included.
• Additionally, a sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance of up to $5,000.
Responsibilities:
• Your role will involve delivering specialized respiratory assessments and care appropriate to the patients' respiratory disorders, based on your training, experience, and competence. Recommendations and implementation of treatment plans will be carried out under the guidance of the attending physician and hospital protocol.
