As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire operation and leading a team of 40+ employees. Your main focus will be on ensuring our guests feel at home and maintaining excellent product quality. In addition, you will oversee the P&L by implementing smart business strategies, controlling expenses, and driving sales through initiatives that build repeat business and local store marketing.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of QSR General Management experience. Your experience should cover areas such as team hiring, development, motivation, scheduling, productivity, food ordering system, store sanitation, cash management, budget management, sales promotions, and customer service. Additionally, a ServSafe certification is required.

We offer a flexible schedule with a 5-day, 10-hour shift, and competitive benefits package including a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 (with weekly pay), a monthly bonus plan of $1,000 to $1,500, annual Partners in Profit bonus of $7,000 to $8,000, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, profit sharing plan, 401k plan with match, and 14 days of paid time off.
