Restaurant General Manager - Fast Food

Location: Brookville, PA

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operation and lead a team of 40+ to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality.
• Manage the financials by developing smart business plans, controlling expenses, and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Take charge of team hiring, development, scheduling, and productivity, while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and managing the budget effectively.
• Implement sales-building promotions and local store marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in the quick-service restaurant industry, with a strong background in team management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Hold a valid ServSafe certification.
• Must be flexible with schedule, including the ability to work a 5-day, 10-hour shift.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $70-80K per year (weekly pay)
• Monthly bonus plan: $1000-$1500
• Partners in Profit: Annual payout of $7K - $8K
