As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation and leading a team of 40+ individuals. Your main goal will be to ensure our guests feel at home and receive excellent product quality.

You will also be in charge of managing the profit and loss statement through strategic business planning, expense control, and driving sales. This includes hiring and developing team members, implementing excellent customer service practices, managing food orders, maintaining store sanitation, and handling cash management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in QSR General Management, specifically in areas such as team management, scheduling, productivity, food ordering systems, store sanitation, budget management, sales building promotions, and customer service excellence. A ServSafe certification is also required.

We are looking for candidates who have a flexible schedule and can work a 5-day, 10-hour shift.

Compensation and benefits:

This position offers a base salary of $70-80K (paid weekly) and a monthly bonus plan of $1000-$1500. Additionally, there is an annual Partners in Profit payout of $7K-$8K. We also provide medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a profit sharing plan, a 401k plan with match, and 14 days of paid time off.
