As the General Manager, you will oversee the entire operation and lead a team of 40+ employees. Your main focus will be ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high product quality.

You will also be responsible for managing the profit and loss statement, implementing smart business strategies to control expenses, hiring and developing team members, promoting excellent customer service, ordering supplies, local store marketing, and representing our brand to increase sales and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in the quick service restaurant industry. You should have a strong background in team management, scheduling, productivity improvement, food ordering and storage systems, maintaining store sanitation, cash handling, budget management, sales promotions, local marketing, and providing excellent customer service.

A ServSafe certification is required, and you should have a flexible schedule to work 5 days a week with 10-hour shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000-$75,000 per year (paid weekly) along with a monthly bonus plan of $1,000-$1,500. Additionally, we provide Partners in Profit payments annually amounting to $7,000-$8,000. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a profit sharing plan, 401k plan with match, and 14 days of paid time off.
