Full Time Position (36 hours per week)
12 Hour Shifts

Implement nursing professional practices: Assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, create plans, execute and evaluate patient care. Develop, update and coordinate patient care plans to achieve desired goals and optimize outcomes across the continuum of care. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as necessary. Maintain competence as required by specific area of hire and patient population served.

Advocate for ethical and holistic care: Collaborate in care planning to promote autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of individuals in our care.
Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Current Washington Registered Nurse License.

Current National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) certification.

Current National Provider NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics) certification.

1-2 years of experience in the medsurg unit or gyn unit. Preference for candidates with at least 2 years unless they have significant experience in a large hospital.
Preferred Qualifications:
National Certification in the GYN Surgical specialty obtained prior to hire.
