Qualifications:
•Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
•A minimum of three to five years of progressive nursing experience in an acute hospital setting is required.
•Current Nevada RN license, or ability to obtain prior to start date, is mandatory. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, as well as NRP certification within 90 days of hire, are necessary.
Hours and Compensation:
•This position is for night shifts, with 12-hour rotations on weekends.
•Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. An additional $3 per hour shift differential is offered.
•The facility provides a comprehensive benefits package and is willing to assist with relocation and offer a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
•As the RN House Manager, you will be an integral part of the nursing leadership team.
•Your main duties will include determining, coordinating, and supervising daily staffing assignments.
•You will also be responsible for providing direction, orienting new staff, and offering daily training, coaching, and mentoring to the team.
•When necessary, you may be required to perform staff responsibilities to meet service level requirements.
