Full Time (36 Hour Weeks)

12 Hour Shifts

Use your specialized training to provide exceptional healthcare with a personal touch and make a difference every day through your exceptional care.

• Employ Nursing Professional Practice: Conduct assessments, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, develop care plans, implement and evaluate patients' care. Continually update and coordinate patient care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as needed. Maintain essential competencies required for your specific area of expertise and patient population.

• Advocate: Advocate effectively for ethical and holistic care by collaborating in care planning to promote autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.

• MINIMUM REQ - 2 years of experience as a nurse in a Labor & Delivery unit. Consideration may be given to candidates with 1 year of experience in a large hospital.

Preferred Qualifications:

National Certification in the area of specialty (Labor & Delivery) should be obtained upon hire.
