Full-time position with 36-hour work weeks.

12-hour shifts.

You will utilize your specialized training to deliver outstanding healthcare with a compassionate touch, making a positive impact every day through your exceptional care and attention.

• Utilize nursing professional practice: Assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care. Develop, update, and coordinate the patient's care plan in order to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes and care transitions. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as necessary. Maintain current essential competencies as required by your specific area of hire and the populations you serve.

• Act as an advocate: Effectively advocate for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to uphold the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.

• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.

• National Provider Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.

• Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a NICU setting within a hospital, or must possess float experience and have a strong interest in NICU. Typically, we prefer candidates at the 2-year experience threshold, unless they come from a large hospital.
