Full-time position with 36-hour work weeks

Utilize evidence-based nursing practices: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop, update, and coordinate patient care plans to achieve desired outcomes and optimize transitions across the continuum of care. Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Maintain essential competencies related to specific area of practice and patient population served.

Champion ethical and holistic care: Partner in care planning to advocate for patients' autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs.
Minimum Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire

National Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Association upon hire

National Provider NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU); 1 year if employed at a large-scale hospital. Must have experience at NICU levels 3 and 4. No exceptions.
Preferred Qualifications:
National Certification in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) specialty is preferred and should be obtained upon hire.
