Qualifications:
•Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Emergency Department.
•Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas or eligibility for immediate licensure.
•BLS certification required within 30 days of hire, ACLS certification within 90 days.
Hours and Compensation:
•Two available positions with 12-hour shifts, including night shifts (starting at 7pm) and rotating weekends.
•Hourly pay range of $38.00 - $49.00 dependent on experience, with a $4.50 shift differential for nights.

Responsibilities:
•Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
•Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, acting as a patient advocate within the healthcare system.
•Perform specialized patient care tasks and ensure patient safety, comfort, and treatment in accordance with standards and regulations.
•Participate in Quality Improvement and Service Excellence initiatives at the hospital.
