The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or related field.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Clinical experience in area of specialty.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.

Ideal Candidate:

• Candidate's Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager experience needs to be in OB, Postpartum or L&D.
• 1+ year of RN experience in a hospital / acute care setting (excluding training/school/clinicals etc).
• 2+ years of direct RN clinical experience working in Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery department in a Hospital.
