Work with us full-time, with 36 hour work weeks and 12 hour shifts.

  • Employ the principles of Nursing Professional Practice: Conduct thorough assessments, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, develop care plans, implement and evaluate patient care. Continuously update and coordinate patient's care plan to achieve their goals and optimize outcomes as they transition through the care continuum. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as necessary. Maintain competency in essential skills required by specific focus area and patient populations served.

  • Be an advocate: Effectively advocate for ethical and holistic care by collaborating in care planning to uphold the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in the Orthopedics unit; 1 year if at a large hospital.

Preferred Qualifications:

National Certification in area of specialty (Orthopedic) should be obtained upon hire.
