Full Time (36 Hour Weeks)

Employ Nursing Professional Practice: Conduct assessments, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, develop care plans, implement and evaluate patients' care. Create and update patient care plans to achieve goals and optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as necessary. Continuously develop and maintain essential competencies specific to your area of expertise and the patient populations you serve.

Advocate for ethical and holistic care by actively participating in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.

MINIMUM REQ - 1 year Nursing experience REQUIRED in MEDSURG or as a FLOAT with a large hospital.
