We are searching for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program, with a preference for BSN
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification
- Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain it within 1 year of hire
The hours and potential compensation for this role vary, depending on the specific area of nursing in which you would be working.
The hourly wage ranges between $29.00 and $46.00, depending on experience, with additional shift differentials of $5.00 per hour for nights and $2.00 per hour for weekends.
We also offer a comprehensive benefit package, including a sign-on bonus between $15,000 and $30,000.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering direct or indirect patient care using the nursing process.
This includes collecting and assessing data, prioritizing and implementing patient needs, and developing, implementing, and evaluating a nursing plan of care.
