Summary:
Efficiently and compassionately plans, delivers, and oversees the nursing care of patients.
Collaborates with other caregivers and departments on care planning, adheres to universal precautions, and complies with infection control policies.
Works independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Delivers direct patient care in a caring and friendly manner, following physician orders.
Takes and documents measurements or readings.
Evaluates patient condition and provides appropriate treatment.
Administers prescribed medications.
Demonstrates leadership while working collaboratively with other care providers on the unit.
Participates in maintaining unit readiness for HFAP on an ongoing basis.
Assists with patient rounds.
Qualifications:
BSN or ADN.
Must hold an RN degree in Ohio.
Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Additional requirement: Must possess or obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) within one year of employment.

There are opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions with day and night shifts available. Full-time positions entail 36 hours per week (day shift: 7am-7:30pm, night shift: 7pm–7:30am). Part-time positions involve a couple of shifts per week.
They offer shift differentials of $3.50/hr and $4.50/hr.
The hospital provides an hourly wage range of $29.00-$45.00/hr, depending on degree and experience, along with an excellent benefits package.
The facility offers a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 (paid in 3 annual installments of $5,000) as well as a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance.
