Summary:
This role involves planning, providing, and/or supervising nursing care for patients in a compassionate and efficient manner. The nurse will coordinate care planning with other caregivers and areas, adhere to universal precautions, and comply with infection control policies. The nurse will work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a warm and friendly manner, in accordance with physician orders
- Take and record measurements or readings
- Assess patient condition and provide necessary treatment
- Administer prescribed medications
- Provide leadership and collaborate with other caregivers
- Participate in maintaining unit preparedness for HFAP accreditation
- Assist with patient rounds

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current RN licensure in Ohio
- Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Additional requirement: Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) within one year of employment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

- The hospital offers an hourly range between $29.00/hr and $45.00/hr, depending on degree and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package
- Sign-on bonus up to $15,000, paid in three annual installments of $5,000
- Relocation assistance available
