Full-Time Position (36-hour weeks)

12-Hour Shifts

Use your specialized expertise to provide world-class healthcare with a personal touch and make a difference in the lives of our patients every day.

• Demonstrate nursing expertise by assessing, identifying appropriate nursing diagnoses, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Develop, update, and coordinate patient care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes across the continuum of care. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as necessary. Maintain essential competencies required for the specific area of hire and patient population served.

• Champion ethical and holistic care by actively engaging in care planning and promoting the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: 1 year of nursing experience in a MEDSURG or NEPHROLOGY unit within a large hospital. For smaller hospitals, 2 years of nursing experience in a MEDSURG or NEPHROLOGY unit is required.
