Full-Time Position (36-hour weeks)
12-Hour Shifts

Demonstrate nursing expertise by assessing, identifying appropriate nursing diagnoses, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Develop, update, and coordinate patient care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes across the continuum of care. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as necessary. Maintain essential competencies required for the specific area of hire and patient population served.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: 1 year of nursing experience in a MEDSURG or NEPHROLOGY unit within a large hospital. For smaller hospitals, 2 years of nursing experience in a MEDSURG or NEPHROLOGY unit is required.

Acquire national certification in the area of specialty (nephrology) upon hire.
