As a Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for planning, providing, or supervising nursing care for patients in an efficient and compassionate manner. You will coordinate care planning with other caregivers and areas, adhere to universal precautions, and ensure compliance with infection control policies. This role offers independence with minimal supervision.


  • Deliver direct patient care in a warm and friendly manner, following physician orders
  • Take and record measurements or readings
  • Assess patient condition and provide necessary treatments
  • Administer prescribed medications
  • Work collaboratively with other care givers on the unit, providing leadership
  • Participate in keeping the unit prepared for HFAP on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with patient rounds


  • BSN or ADN
  • RN Degree in Ohio required
  • Valid CPR certification (obtainable within 30 days of employment)
  • Additional requirement: Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS), obtainable within one year of employment

Additional Information:

There are several positions available in various areas of nursing. Full-time and part-time options are available, with day and night shifts. Full-time positions require 36 hours per week, with day shifts from 7am-7:30pm and night shifts from 7pm-7:30am. Part-time positions involve a couple of shifts per week.

Shift differentials of $3.50/hr and $4.50/hr are offered. The hourly wage range is $29.00-$45.00/hr, depending on degree and experience, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the facility provides a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 (paid in 3 annual installments of $5,000) and relocation assistance.
