Summary:
This position entails planning, providing, and supervising nursing care for patients with compassion and efficiency.
The nurse will collaborate with other caregivers and departments for coordinated care planning, adhere to universal precautions, and comply with infection control policies.
Working autonomously with minimal supervision is expected.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care in a compassionate manner according to physician orders
• Take and record measurements or readings
• Assess patient condition and provide necessary treatment
• Administer prescribed medications
• Provide leadership and work collaboratively with other care providers on the unit
• Contribute to ongoing preparedness of the unit for accreditation
• Assist with patient rounds
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Additional requirement: Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) or obtain within one year of employment

Multiple nursing positions available in various specialties
Full-time or part-time positions with day or night shifts
Full-time shift pattern: 36 hours per week (day shift: 7am-7:30pm, night shift: 7pm–7:30am)
Part-time: a couple of shifts per week
Shift differentials: $3.50/hr for day shifts and $4.50/hr for night shifts
Competitive hourly salary range between $29.00 and $45.00 based on degree and experience

Facility offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 (paid over 3 years in $5,000 increments)
