Degreed Robotic Automation Programmer and Equipment Troubleshooter

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and documents
  • Troubleshoot robotic and automation equipment
  • Develop programs for robotic automation equipment and systems
  • Integrate and program vision systems
  • Document processes and procedures as required
  • Participate in troubleshooting and testing activities
  • Supervise robotic equipment assemblers
  • Travel up to 20% as needed
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in robotic automation programming
  • Minimum of two years of experience in robotic automation troubleshooting
  • Minimum of two years of experience in robotic automation equipment programming
  • Minimum of two years of experience in vision system programming and integration
  • Minimum of two years of experience in initial setup and integration of robotic automated equipment
  • Proficiency in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, with at least two years of relevant experience
  • Experience integrating weld equipment using Fronius or SKS for at least two years
  • Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and documents
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required
  • Strong work history with proven track record
  • Must be a US citizen or green card holder
  • Residence within a 45-minute drive of Brown Deer, WI
