Robotic Industrial Automation Engineering Project Manager

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering is required
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in engineering project management, robotic automation project management, or sales application engineering project management
  • Salary range up to $125,000
  • Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card
  • Onsite position, no remote work
  • Full-time, permanent employment with benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and organize project plans and schedules for industrial robotic automation
  • Evaluate and allocate project resources
  • Assess project risks and participate in resource assignment
  • Ensure project standards and customer requirements are met
  • Identify and solve problems
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Analyze project performance data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage changes in project scope and schedules
  • Coordinate employee training
  • Participate in contract administration and job costing
  • Travel to customer sites, both domestically and internationally, as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in engineering project management, robotic automation project management, or sales application engineering project management
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits
  • Strong work history
  • US citizen or Green Card holder
  • Residence within a 45-minute drive of Pewaukee, WI
