Sales Representative – Bakersfield requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of closing sales
  • Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
  • Flexibility to work some weekend and evening appointments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Effective time and work process management skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Ability to sit frequently, walk, reach at waist level, and climb stairs
  • Occasional reaching from floor to above shoulder level
  • Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs on a routine basis
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to drive a personal vehicle
