Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspire and guide the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand recognition and promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of sales and business development experience in the engineering service industry, specifically in the off-highway and truck sector.
- Experience managing clients such as John Deere, Vermeer, Caterpillar, and Komatsu.
- Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Thorough understanding of the off-highway and truck industry and its major players.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Strong leadership abilities with prior experience in managing sales teams.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
