Job Summary:
The role of a Sales Engineer is to establish and maintain relationships with our customers by providing technical support and expertise for product and application inquiries. Sales Engineers collaborate with Application Engineers to deliver tailored solutions that meet each customer's specific needs. Developing technical proficiency and application skills are essential for identifying potential opportunities for our product offerings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales visits to our customer base, building connections through product knowledge and establishing trust.
- Support the demonstration process (creation, coordination, and maintenance) in partnership with application engineers to effectively address customer applications and demonstrate the value of our products.
Qualifications/Requirements:
We are seeking a committed individual with a strong engineering background and a sales-oriented personality for this position. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify suitable applications for the products in our line card, which includes PLC's, Robotics, Sensors, Thermal Systems, Motion Control, AC Drives, Vision, Bar Code, and more. Experience with automation products is highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, combined with a solid engineering background, is required. While a formal degree is not mandatory, a thorough understanding of our technical products is essential.

Compensation plan: Negotiable base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 (with no draw), in addition to unlimited commission and bonus opportunities. The total annual potential earnings can exceed $100,000 up to $250,000 or more.
